how to approach UX research process from scratch

as a beginning user experience feature i researched and read every process that participates in
the most famous design project we all have want to be a part of it. my difficulty sometimes
was getting to the end of the minds of those designers who wrote the same materials and it
just got me all messed up and it turns out it was easier than that. my solution is to simply
make the material accessible to you at a high-level but understandable and easy to read.

each user experience feature should understand, research and know the nature of it's users. this is not a process of one designer but of a group consisting of a number of designers who
are required to work as a team throughout the process to achieve the best results most for
building the user experience.

in order to create and give the user the best annd the most effective experience and to get
into his creations and thoughts we need do an intensive and in-depth investigation process
on the character and actions of the user thus enabling us to understand and appreciate the
difficulties, experiences and actions of the user. let's understand the same steps.

the process steps of characterizing a user experience:

understanding the problem & how it was created:

this part is a very disciplinary part and important in our entire research process. here we
actually understand why the problem has become the problem, it opens up before us
different possibilites and directions for thinking and an iimportant starting point to
continue the process. understanding the problem - try as much as you can to ask
"why", "some", and "how" this will help us focus on the best the thinking and information
that is currently available to us in our persona and connect with them.

user research - interview, survery, card sorting, and
compititor analytics sales:

here we are already starting to feel "pysically and visually touced" by our users. we go
out into the area where our users is and just sit and develop a dialogue with him about
the same product where you get deep insight and detailed information on it and thus know
under what conditions the producct can be put at it's best service to the user. also the
same information you collect isn't only for information about the user but also to know &
analyze the competitors of your product this stage is called competitor analytics sales.

persona user journey map & storyboard:

this step helps us understand the user process, actions, and times when he is interacting
with the product. such as what are the hardships and frustrations of our user, what
time he connects to the app and uses it, when does he leave it, knowledge on social
networks, employment, age and place of rresidence. this step also makes us demonstrate
with the help of a diagram the mood and it's process of using the product and thus
allows us to understand what it's weaknesses are and what it is having difficulty with.

wireframing, prototype & testing:

once we know, shared and talked to our users and gathered all the necessary
information about them and deeply research their environment that of the
product we are ready for the last part of our research process but not the final
one. this is the stage where we move to software and process our information to
interface, for this purpose we'll use software such as: photoshop, figma, sketch, xd
ans so on.

last but not final:

our research process never ends not when producing the final product but always we'll
find the desire to change and improve the quality of the product to preserve and grant
the same special actions to the user and provide them with a high-level of use as we
gave them at the beginning of the product export. here we need to have a vision and
think a number of years ahead, always go out into the world to liik at our users and
see the needs and problems they encounter and thus change the product to be good
for them.

much love,
